That thing is massive... Wonder if it's a military 6x6 chassis w/ the cab & tank mated to the top? Cab wheelwells certainly don't line up with the front tires. I like the hand-written directions on the dash in yellow paint-pen.

I think you are right. It sure looks like a military interior.

Looks like a 1990 International interior, modern day military interiors are luxury compared to it.
