Had to look it up -

"Lithotripsy is a procedure that uses shock waves to break up stones in the kidney" - was wondering if it was something to do with dead people - guess there wouldn't be any bad juju...

Very cool truck - could be a great motorcycle race support vehicle with the lift gate in the middle and a bedroom at the end with the slide outs... or just paint it flat black and weld a bunch of stuff on it for your own MadMax prop...

Great... another crazy RV to dream about what I could do with it. :)

Hah, that must have been first generation, before they figured they could rent a room at the hospital and move the gear in during the morning and out in the evening and on to the next place without letting on the hospital did not own the equipment. I had great luck with a used 1 ton Isuzu Global Lithotripsy Services truck in Thailand, well maintained and oh boy, the ladies loved it ( at least the ladies that sat in the back after we turned it into a factory bus to transport the work force in the AM and PM). GLS then, after what, ten years, Leigh? realized they could move to ( with no time restrictions in the city) vans with curtained windows which appeared to be carrying VIPS ( the police bother them less) if they just modified some of gear to cleverly fold up. This thing is a beast. My last purchase directed by the heart not brain has cured me and I am going to stand aside and watch this one go to a better man.

I sent my buddy in Australia a link and learned the following -

The above unit was above was about - $450,000 so $9,500.00 is quite the steal - the Lithotripter then was apparently much more

Below, this unit was a cousin in Manila, same approach as the US side, the patient enters the vehicle. Cool stuff, if you like gear all kinds - interior and exterior shot, probably no bad juju
