Came across this truck locally a few months ago and couldn't pass it up. Bought with the sole intention of enjoying it for the summer and selling before winter. Have a 109 Build to scratch my land rover itch when its gone. I just wanted a reliable fun truck i could put the kids and wife in and take to the beach/out to town with etc, and this fit the bill perfectly. Haven't had to turn a wrench on it yet.
This is a RIGHT HAND DRIVE truck
Very solid and great running defender 110 5 door. 200TDI is absolutely flawless, not a puff of smoke, starts up at the slightest touch of the key, runs smooth and strong throughout the rev ranges. Transfer case operates as it should, High and Low range, Center Diff lock engages and disengages properly. Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears.
Vehicle has a slew of service records dating back to the 1990's, along with ALL IMPORTATION DOCUMENTS, EPA/Homeland Security etc. Current and clean NJ title and registration and insured (Haggerty insurance cost me like $45 a month with $25K agreed value replacement)
Very solid frame, and all the usual suspect spots are in good condition. This vehicle has phenomenal presence and looks like it came right from the Congo. Drives straight and true down the highway at speed. 200tdi has plenty of power and pulls strong. No noticeable leaks or drips of any kind (amazing feat for a 26 yr old land rover!)

Clutch
Spring perches
Fuel tank
Drop Arm, and track rod ends ends
Battery
Glow plugs
Radiator
All of this work comes with receipts!
Minor problems if you'd call them that:
The body looks as a working truck should that's 26 yrs old and is as shown in the picture. Brown Church roof rack and ladder ARE included. Has a great patina, with fading and scars in all the right places for that classic defender look.
If you want an honest, great running 5 DOOR defender 110 that you can enjoy the heck out of this one is hard to beat. This is not some gray market defender that you have to worry about, or some pig with lipstick on it. What you see is what you get and its a great truck. It was brought here correctly and has all the paperwork to go with it.
The only issue with this truck is you will constantly be turning heads and striking up conversation with total strangers about it everywhere you go!
Odometer says 279k but that has to be wrong. It does not drive like a truck with that mileage. Also the Speedo is ~ 20% off (reads higher than it is) which i'm sure contributed to this.
I tried to take as accurate photos as possible, removed carpet etc so you could see condiiton of the interior panels. The drives side foot well was repaired at one point but everything else looks original and is in good shape. Bulkhead is solid and doors bottoms have very minor surface corrosion but are solid with no holes or soft spots, its very superficial. Limited to the pics i can post here but if you want more I'm happy to text you detail pics of any spot of the truck.

Minor problems if you'd call them that:
- Small crack in windshield (bottom left of center) Hasnt grown at all since i've had
- Steering wheel is cocked about 15* to the left. 5 minutes to pull it and reset would fix this. **Steering itself is very tight, no typically side to side play, and amazingly tracks dead straight at highway speeds**
- Dent on the hood and left side of front bumper
- No idea if winch works, dont have a controller for it.
- Tires will get you down a dirt road and around town for awhile but should be budgeted to be replaced in the near future, especially if you see any mud or snow in your future with this truck. Currently has 235/85/16, no rub at all.
- Random bits of interior trim missing/beat up etc.
- Center DIff lock light is out, but the diff lock itself does engage and disengage properly
