1995 Defender 90 Soft Top AA Yellow

Since I bought my first D90 back I am parting ways with chicky, my current D90. She has just over 150k on her, but has been religiously maintained (I am the third owner and have had her about a year -- long enough to get her sorted out as I know defenders very well -- the second owner owned her since 4k miles and handed me about $30k worth or reciepts and kept her in a garage in New York City). AC (works), rear seat, full cage, bilsteins, borla rear exhaust, galvanized trim, tire carrier, light bar and rear bumper. Frame is perfect, minor surface rust on axle cases and a small spot on the fuel tank skid plate (looks 10x worse in the pictures for some reason, it is mostly surface rust and will include an ECR alloy skid plate with purchase if you are concerned). One hole about the size of a quarter in the P/S footwell from where the AC got water on it.

Recent work includes a new water pump and some hoses, new headlight switch, full ignition tune up (ignition module, plugs, wires etc.) has fresh synthetic oil, repaint of the rear cross member (no rust just faded) and filled it with waxoyl, has land rover towing harness (never used--would consider pulling it off to discount as it cost me like $200).

Current needs: Brakes are fine now, but below 50%. The hood release needs to be replaced if you do not like my cable through the grill solution.

I can email some pics for you. She is really pretty and runs in a way that belies her miles. I know this is cliche, but the first person to see this (or at least the first person who has looked at D90s) will buy it. Over the summer, I was once asked if it was new. While it does not look quite new, appearance wise it is better than 90% of them on the road.

Asking 17,500 without a top, buyer to negotiate top purchase if desired at time of sale (I have a couple that could be included: newish Badger II or a newish Roversnorth top).

Sorry, I just spent my Rover fund on a 64 SIIa but I was wondering about the galvy cappings and bumper, that the first I've seen on a Defender in this country. Where they added?
