I'm hereby listing my 1995 NAS D90 for sale for $43,000. KBB for a 1995 NAS D90 with this milage and condition is $57k. This truck was in an accident last year which resulted in that it has received $14k worth of new parts and service, including new ARB Bumper and Wolf Steel Wheels. It’s not a factory original NAS truck. That fact along with its current condition as well as the accident record has been taken in consideration when setting the price $15k lower than KBB.
The truck has a 300tdi (74k on engine and transmission) which was installed new by Rovers North in 2004 to the tune of $26k. The engine is in excellent condition as confirmed by the oil analysis reports. I have installed a full width Allisport aluminum Intercooler and Radiator along with a VNT Turbo which has improved performance and drivability.
This is a highly dependable daily driver that I took on a 4400 mile trouble free solo trip to Baja 3 years ago. You can read about here. I have been obsessive with keeping it mechanically perfect, often replacing parts that didn’t need replacing. For my own sanity I have not kept tabs on how much cash I have put into this truck in terms of upgrades and service over the past 12 years of ownership. The truck was built out with long distance travel for two people in mind. The Gull-wing doors, window guards and dog guard keeps gear safe and protected from visibility. I have a rear aluminum shelf that mounts into the existing mounts of the tub that can be included in the sale. An extensive travel spare kit will also be included. This truck is Overland ready.
