1996 Mitsubishi Delica Chamonix Space Gear (ATL, GA $20.5k)

That’s a mouth full of a title.

Up for sale is our 1996 Delica (4M40 2.8L diesel) RHD SWB high roof with cold weather package. Rear seating climate control. It’s sitting at only 49xxx km’s (will go up as we drive it on occasion). We bought it a little over a year ago completely stock. Over the time I did a complete suspension swap and replaced some components. Mods will be listed below.

Ironman 4x4 ~2” lift kit (I didn’t use their HD torsion bars as some have run into issues with them)
New upper and lower ball joints
Tie Rod end
Delica Garage (Australian) Suspension Correction Kit
Sway bar end links
Front Runner roof top rack with a few accessories
Enkei RP1T 16x8 et0
Yokohama Geolandar 245/75R16
Xplormor side ladder
ATOTO head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay

All items have been installed in the last 2000 “miles”. I do have some extra spare parts to go with the van including some stock parts that have been removed. All parts replaced have been with OEM or better. I will include a full set of custom made B-Line SS brake lines that I haven’t had the time to install. At full price I’ll include the OVS 270 degree awning and 4 Maxtrax’s. I do have a Xplormor 3 receiver hitch sitting in a box uninstalled. I could possible work out on a deal with that as well.

The Delica is registered and titled in Georgia. If you’re reading this and considering a Delica the L400 is the way to go. It will comfortably cruise 80-85 mph (necessary in Atlanta). All seats fold flat for sleeping arrangements. We got caught in a thunderstorm camping one weekend and moved from our tent to the van. Family of 5 and two dogs slept inside comfortably. There are many arrangements with the seats. Middle bench row swivels 270 degrees. Rear seats fold flat against the wall ( I’ve fit two water heaters in their boxes from Home Depot).

The paint and body are in good condition. A couple marks that I’ll point out in pictures. Zero rust which is hard to come by with these Delica’s. Interior is in great condition. There’s a chandelier and some leopard print privacy shades that were installed in Japan. These can be easily swapped.

Sold a couple vehicles on here. Please ask any questions. I’m looking to sell the Delica (and my VW Alltrack) for a LX 570 or 200 series.

$22,000

this photo shows the silver stripes that were on the vehicle in the past. There’s a few examples that you can search on google images.
