Bought a Casita so this baby has to go.

1996 Scamp 16'. Does NOT have shower. Has two burner stove, ice box, s.s. sink with manual pump and city water hook up faucet. Tank was removed due to deterioration. Ready to install a new one. 20 amp shore power hook up. 4 120v outlets. 1-120v fluorescent light, 3 12v lights, 12v fan.

In pretty good overall shape. Does not leak, no cracks in fiberglass, has small chip lower right side, lower door mount starting to breakup a little, still structurally sound but could use a bit of touch up.

Has brand new carpet and new curtains. Was going to completely restore but I need a Toilet and Shower.

Thats funny because the one I just bought is an 06 Spirit too!!!! Mine is the 16', I know you dont get the interior height of the 17', but I wanted the lighter weight and I like the A/C unit lower. And when I take her down the dirt roads the 16'ers have a little more departure angle due to the kick up in the rear.

I LOVE my Scamp but alas I need a little more inside.
