2nd owner with 125,7xx miles with maintenance records mostly done at dealer. Loaded with power everything. 1500 with 3/4 ton running gear (Dana 60 front/Dana 70 rear) and 5.9 Magnum. Trans replaced with new unit from dealer @ 65K. $10k plus in documented upgrades and mods alone (not including conversion). Including headers, Magnaflow exhaust, 5" Fabtech lift, air bag helpers in the year, tow pkg w controller, Bilstein front shocks, ProComp rear shocks, tranny cooler, etc. $5,000 price is to move quickly as I am buying another truck.
