This truck was built to be a DD, and a Trail Rig, and to be very reliable, have a good driving experience, It wasn´t built to be huge, but It was built to safely get you out of anything you could get yourself into. It´s a very fun vehicle, that definitely gets noticed. Maintenance was key on this truck for me.
Oil was religiously changed with a quality filter, every 3000 miles, with Rotella T
It had regular induction cleanings to ensure no carbon build up happened in the drivetrain.
This truck wasn´t off roaded excessively, I couldn´t take the chance of not being able to get where I needed to go, but it was off roaded
It has 160,xxx on the truck, motor was rebuilt at 130,xxx, this truck drives better than new.
The Bad
Dents from wheeling in various places, trail pin-striping. If you off road, this happens.
Power Seats don´t work needs $50 switches.
I bought a new gauge cluster, but only set it to the exact mileage minus 100,000 miles
Rear Wiper doesnt work, needs new arm, $25 on ebay.
