1997 Lexus LX 450

I found the following on Ebay and wanted to get the board's opinion. I've lurked for a couple of years, and for the past 6 months have been trying to find the perfect 4x4. I may have found it but, truth me told, I don't know much about the LX aside from what I've read online. I've owned a few 4runners but this vehicle just has that "it" that makes me want to buy it.

What should I be worried about in an LX? Does the advertisement set off any red flags? I'd like to get the price down but I don't want to fly all the way out to Florida (from California) before knowing as much about what I should be wary of as possible.

Wow $20k.. For a J80. I liked mine but not for 20k paid $8000 for it in 2004 from lady original owner. She had ordered it sans step with leather. I sold it in 2011 for $7500. Great truck but not a daily driver. Too costly and too maint intensive for a daily rig. It was my extra car. At 13mpg and new pads every 10k or so it was a cool pig.
