I have a low milage good running E450 Ambulance that has a 7.3L powerstroke and auto transmission. It was converted to 4wd by Quigley. I have not started any modifications, it currently has heat and air that runs off of the truck engine. It was originally a rescue vehicle at a university, then converted to a "tactical" vehicle for the university police department.
I pulled the engine cover and you could eat off of the transmission, this thing has had a good life (see picture).
I will take/post more pictures. Any requests? One thing I like is that it doesn't have tall external lockers at the rear, so there is less in the way of a build.
Located titled/registered in southwest Virginia, it has a current inspection sticker.
