Done! Took me 3 hours with a friend... took us maybe 3 and a half hours... never done it before.

The 4Crawler kit is excellent. No issues with brake lines, etc... Only one was an A/C lie that we had to adjust the bracket.

Left radiator in place; fan shroud bottom has a section that can be disassembled. Removed that small part, and fan shroud and radiator left in place... no cooling issues whatsoever.

Question... are these factory rims in pics 7"or 8" wide? I am looking a 33x 9.5 or 10.5... I like the "thinner" tire look of old-school offroading.

Anyway, pics attached.

And my other toy inside... slowly working on this one, body-wise... mechanically perfect. Have a PTO Koenig Winch setup to install as well.

Those wheels are 15x7JJ. How small are the tires you have on it? Looks like you have a massive amount of space.

Hello Eric:

They are factory size... I think (don't recall right now) they are 235/75/r15, or something in that size. I'd like 33x9.5x r15 or 33x10, but I guess these wheels are too narrow for the bsize I am looking for... just want to make sure I get a tire size that fits the rim without damage.

And yes, the space is MASSIVE!

Thanks for your time.

Nice! What method did you use? Jack the body up off the L or R side and install the lift spacers one side at a time? Any issues with clearance in trans tunnel or with transfer case lever binding?

Loosened both sides. Did passenger side first, drivers side second. Had to remove filler tank hose bracket. Stretched brake lines. Left radiator in original position, as well as shroud. My fan shroud had a removable lower shroud, so to speak, so no fan contact is made. No perceptible change in temperature. Relocated an A/c hose attachment point on the hose itself, not bracket location. All in all, a good 1st time performance. Only thing I really don't like are the aluminum locknuts... May change for stainless steel ones.
