1999 Ford E350 7.3 with 2014 front end conversion that was built for SEMA 2016 and FOCAL ENGINEERING is FOR SALE! Started as a 99 wheeled coach with 125000 miles in great condition we concentrated on doing the lift and all mechanical . It has a U-JOINT 8" lift spring rate for back is like motor home so It can handle the load, combined with Hellwig rear sway bar and custom FOA 2.5 reservoir shocks on all four corners. Front axle is a completely new Dana 60 with all Spicer components including G2 hubs, G2 diff cover, Detroit Locker, Drilled and slotted HD rotors and brand new calipers and pads. Rear is the original Dana 70 with limited slip, new rotors and pads. Engine is original but with a couple of up grades and servicing including oil crossover tube upgrade, New gear reduction starter, Aluminum radiator, Rebuilt turbo with upgraded wicked wheel and rebuilt oil cooler. Also has TS performance programmer with custom tunes and complete custom 3" stainless exhaust with aero turbine muffler and monster hook tip. Now too the exterior of the vehicle we did a 2014 front end conversion for a few reasons 1. modernize 2. able to build custom one off head lights and 3. to fit a 2008 F350 FUSION bumper to the front end. After we did the front end we then replaced doors to get rid of the outrigger style mirrors so we could run brand new VELVAC power and heated mirrors with LED side markers also installed brand new windshield we then turned are efforts to removing and patching all holes in box so we could start with fresh canvas. After body work was done and prepped for finish we installed six brand new 37" toyos RT on fuel wheels including the spares. Back to bumpers the front is a FUSION bumper (Mounted like stock 2008 F350 so you can replace incase it ever becomes damaged) housing a twelve thousand pound SMITYBUILT X20 wireless with syn line coupled to a FACTOR 55 ultra hook and fairlead bumper also houses FOCAL ENGINEERING P 80s with over 8000 lumens each in amber front end has custom painter ford emblem, FOCAL ENGINEERING super slim super bright 140watt light bar mounted to lower grill accompanied by custom built head light housings that have 55watt led projection lights a set of FOCAL ENGINEERING connect series for auxiliary lighting and switch back glow strip for running lights and turn signals. The rear bumper is completely custom with dual tire swing gates with KRAZY BEAVER TOOLS, ROTO PAX water and diesel jugs and removable lighted license plate holder. The rear bumper also houses another SMITTY BUILT 9500# winch with syn line coupled to a FACTOR 55 flat link and fairlead also has class three hitch d-ring mounts and foot holds and more lighting by FOCAL ENGINEERING. Going on top now to the custom built rack over the cab where there is a custom 60" FOCAL ENGINEERING connect series led light bar that is 700 watts, A set of Traction jacks and a power tank. lets go to the top of box where we have a all made from 80/20 brand extruded aluminum rack with FOCAL ENGINEERING 10" super slims light bars for scene lighting a remote controlled from cab GOLIGHT and DOMETIC 10' x 8' box crank out awning with led lighting on top of that is a 260 watt grid tie solar panel . there Is more will up date !
