1999 4 Runner Limited for sale. Bought this rig a few years ago and invested a ton of time and money into it. February of 2019 the radiator went causing the dreaded pink milkshake. ( the only thing on the maintenance list that I didnt do proactively!!) It ran and drove fine after a number of flushes and a new radiator for about a year after that, and finally bit the bullet about March of 2020. I poured tons of money and parts into this thing, and am just trying to get something out of it. For the person that is good with swapping transmissions it would be an awesome deal. I start it twice a week and move it up and down the driveway. I just robbed the wheelset off of it for the 1st gen Tundra I bought, but it has decent tires on a set of Tundra 16" rims. Runs well, drives at slow speed. Will need to be towed. Previous owner did some paint patches by the gas tank.( doesnt match that well but no rust)
Things I know it needs:
a transmission or a rebuild
after part of exhaust needs to be clamped back on ( see picture)
cracked driver side mirror
Probably needs rotors cleaned and new pads from sitting
Driver seat has typical tears
a set of good all terrains
someone to get her back running and drive her all over!!
rear driver side door jam needs to be treated for rust ( small spot - see pictures)
