PIC LINK BELOW!
1999 Dodge 2500 SLT Laramee X-Cab short bed 4X4 auto transmission, 5.9 magnum GAS, with 101,000 and free rust. I am listing this truck to help my Dad out. They were forced to take this truck as a partial payment on bill that was much larger than what this truck is worth. I/the truck is located in Citrus County, Florida, a little over an hour drive from the Tampa airport

The good:
Truck was owned by a Doctor and was well taken care of, it still has the factory plastic over the front floorboard carpet.
101K miles, and was a daily driver.
Interior is in good shape including the leather seats, with the exception of two cracks in the dash (common on these trucks). The dash cracks are not really visible when sitting normal in the seats.
Power seats, CD player, tilt/cruise control, leather, aftermarket CD changer installed under the front passenger seat. CD changer is missing the cartridge.
Century brand fiberglass camper shell with carpet kit on shell.
Plastic bedliner, with aluminum clamps.
Exterior good from a "short" distance :bike_rider:

The bad:
The Doctor was from Michigan, and it shows.
There is rust around all four wheelwells, and on the underside of the truck.
The truck is not streetable at the moment due to a brake line rusting through. The truck was a daily driver until this occurred, it was then brought to a shop. The guy never spent the money to fix it, and then gave the truck to my Dad for payment on a seperate matter. The truck was then towed to my Dad's house a couple months ago.
My Dad received a quote of roughly $1,200 to replace all the brake hard lines to be on the safe side.
The truck's going to need tires as soon as the brakes are addressed.

My personal OP is that the truck could end up a pretty good deal for someone. I would pick it up for myself, but I am still in the process of moving down here, which means super limited funds.
The truck starts and runs fine, but once again it CANNOT be driven on the street due to the brake issues. It can however be driven around in my Dad's backyard on a couple of acres. The is enough room for someone to run the tranny through a few gears and then stop with the e-brake before crashing into the lake :sombrero:

Asking price is starting at $3,400, but feel free to PM offers. http://www.flickr.com/photos/55999429@N02/sets/72157625404906428/
