maybe you'll have better luck than i did, but i've given away stuff a half dozen times on different forums and have always had to chase people for the money.

the best was a 200$ greenlee hip top chest brand new/ i never even put tools in it. the guy sent me a check about two weeks later which bounced. it was drawn on an account he closed years earlier. claims he found the checks in a drawer, got confused, and wrote it to me. about 3 months to get 25$.

now if i don't want it, i'll put it in the bin

I may try some other forums where the users seem to be less affluent.
