Have these on my 06 tundra dbcab, love them. Camberg also sells the kits to convert the uni-balls to sealed bearings (no more squeaks).
Eventually I'll update mine as the uni-balls, have seen too much dirt, etc.

Icon has released the delta joint as well that will swap in. Many options these days
