2002 Chevy camper van/bus body low roof 78,000 miles

Trying to see if there is any interest in my bus. It is a low roof 5’ 7” interior. Very easy to drive. 20 ft bumper to bumper. Queen short bed. 45 gallon water tank with sink and outdoor shower. Room for cassette style or compost toilet if wanted. All custom wood work and electrical done by myself with help from experts. Has couch that turns into dinette table.

-new jasper motor and transmission Chevy 350 (5.7 motor) under warranty for 90,000 more miles and 2 1/2 more years

-2” of closed cell spray foam with pine tongue and groove interior

-chevy 3500 1 ton van body (weighs 7800lbs)

-new bilstein shocks, HD lift springs up front, rims and Yokohama geolander tires, rear bumper deck with storage, has propane has our back with gas grill, hooks up to the outdoor shower all quick release connecting

-completely off grid 300 watt solar 2 (150 amp hour batteries)

-rover charge controller 1200 watt pure sine inverter (never use it but for the hot plate)

-all dc powered including fridge with freezer

-led lights and charging ports all over including outside bumper

-has never run low with how it’s setup, just needs sun every few days

-has sterling battery to battery charger while driving but has never needed it.

-new upholstery on drivers seat and passenger seat is a transit van seat that can be removed in seconds and faces forward or backward.

-front door is a custom steel frame door with insulation and house door handle lock.

-wood roof rack deck with sailboat hatch sunroof for access (high end no leaking since it’s made for sailboats at sea)

- 2 Yakima bike racks on the back

-maxair fan

- under bed area can store tons of gear

-all wiring is ran in cabinets and along passenger side with panel that can be removed for access.

-can cruise at 65-70 all day long getting 12mpg gets about 13/14 at 55 mph though

-has really good ground clearance

-inside is in perfect condition and outside it is a rhino lined white bus body with the typical Chevy van some paint peel.

Forgot to mention bus currently has 79,000 original miles and came from a preschool in California. The motor and tranny were replaced at 70,000 so it still has roughly 90,000 miles or 2 1/2 years on the warranty anywhere in North America.

Also meant to mention I would consider renting it for a few nights if someone wanted to try it before they bought it. We would just have to work some things out first to cover all bases.
