I have a 2002 f150 supercrew with a leveling kit and airbags in the rear.
my plans are as follows
1. regear to 4.10s (currently 3.55)
2. possible e locker in rear
3. new tires i currently have 285/75/16 (any suggestions on different sizes?)
4. roof rack for my canopy
5. bed platform inside canopy
6. front winch bumper (suggestions??)
7. rear bumper with aux fuel cans, spare tire carrier, and hi lift.

any suggestions on different mods would be much appreciated. I will be using this truck to explore around the pacific northwest, and a trip to alaska summer of 2011

I had owned a 2002 supercrew a few years ago, and they are a great truck. In my experience, the 285's with 4.10's, which is the same I ran was perfect. It had enough low end grunt for whatever you would need and still kept the rpm's on the highway fairly decent. As far as bumpers go, there are a few that make them, and I had a buckstop bumper on the front of mine. I loved it! Offered great protection and looked good too. I just added a camper shell to mine and put a roof rack onit to add a canopy to.
