2003 2500 Express Van Front Koni FSD Shocks

So they make these for the 3500, with its bar type mount on the base. Has anyone installed them with a bracket in place of it?

I would run fox remote res shocks, but they do not make one for the 2000-2007 Tahoe (Front) or Pre-99 Tahoe (Rear).
