4x4 Converted 2003 Ford E350 XLT extended body w/ 177,464 miles. Very reliable gas V10 motor. Excellent mechanical condition. This 4WD van is partially built out, so you're able to do the finish work the way you want!
Fleet maintained vehicle until 143,000 miles, when I purchased it. Nearly all of the mileage is highway. Since I purchased it its been regularly maintained at a local shop, with all records available to the purchaser.
4x4 van with Dana front end conversion w/ 2Hi, 4Hi 4Lo completed by Advanced 4x4 in Salt Lake City. Warn Locking hubs. Rancho 9000XL 9 position adjustable shocks and Rancho steering stabilizer.
The van is only partially built out, and the work I have done is easily removable if you'd like to do the work a different way. The interior has been fully stripped down to the sheet metal. Interior floor was coated with bedliner, then insulated and topped with plywood. The area in front of the bed is bamboo laminate. Van body panels have been spray-foamed, but no finish work has been done except to start applying some sound dampening material. The 3/4" maple plywood bed platform is set up so that you can sleep with it as a full size bed side to side and utilize the rear passenger seat (w/ 2 seat belts) during the day. Alternatively there's a wood panel that drops into the bed so you can sleep front to back and the bed platform could accommodate up to a king size mattress.. The rear passenger seat is framed with 80/20 T-slot extruded aluminum and bolted into the seat mounts on the floor. The cab of the van has been extensively sound dampened with Second Skin Damplifier Pro and Luxury Liner Pro, including the floor, doors and rear-view mirror mount points. I have a bunch of additional material available to the purchaser if they want it.
The following is a list of the work done to the van since I purchased it:
- Front Axel and driveshaft U joints
- Serpentine belt and belt tensioner
- Coolant, differential, transfer-case, brake, power steering fluid, transmission fluids up to date
- Windows tinted w/ 3M ceramic
- Outer tie-rod end and pitman arm
- Rancho 9000XL front shocks and steering stabilizer
- New front and rear AC
- New upper and lower ball joints
- New plugs and coils
- New LT265/75 R16 Trailfinder tires (off-brand made by Kumho)
- Yakima gutter-mount Roof Racks w/ Awning
- 3 piece foam mattress
- Two additional popout windows to replace the fixed glass in side and rear doors
Minor issues:
- Front driver seat has a tear that has been stitched
- Radio head-unit works but is quirky
- Small-medium dent in the right rear corner panel from backing into a stump
- Minor damage to right rear door that does not affect door closure or sealing
Located in Salt Lake City
