Description:
This is our tried-and-trusty adventure van. It is a 2003 Ford e350 that I purchased four years and 35k miles ago. It now has 200,000 miles. Life events dictate we move to a vehicle with a couple more seatbelts so I’m parting ways.

The van features a 5.4l V8 Triton engine, one of the most ubiquitous engines in the US. The heater blows hot, and AC blows cold. The tires are very competent all-terrains with plenty of life left and the body's clearance means this van is well suited to get to rugged camping locations. This camper is a workhorse of adventure.

Below is a list of technical features and amenities I have installed in the van that I think really make it a great rig. All the systems are well-tested over the course of many road trips across the western US and Canada.

-Desiel Cabin Heater – This is a game changer for cold/wet camping and my wife’s favorite part. It has an independent 2-gallon tank that provides approximately 36 hrs of heat.
-OX Locker Rear Diff – This provides the reassurance that you can get out of low traction situations. It was a huge help on a recent trip to the shore at Lone Rock Beach.
-On-Board ARB Air Compressor – Air-down and up the tires whenever needed, powers the OX locker and is handy for bicycles and cleaning
-100 Ah Deep Cycle House Battery – Provides power to all the onboard systems, compressor, water pump, lights, inverter, and charging ports. Power is controlled by a Victron Charge controller and charging comes from the alternator so no solar to deal with.
-25 Gallon Fresh Water System – water can be for drinking, showering, or hosing off muddy dogs.
-Outdoor Propane Shower – The novelty and comfort of outdoor showers in beautiful places cannot be overstated.
-10,000lb Tow Package – Not only is this an adventure rig, but it’s also a work truck. With the added stow-away bed design you also have 11+ feet of cargo space in the body of the van.
-12’ Roof Rack – Canoes, bike racks, storage boxes, raft frames, etc.

Asking $10,500 OBO
