Yes its spring over now,
plus 3500 lb axle so bearings are large enough to run the tires
Here is a 3-4 year old photo right before I painted it last time. I built this originally back in 95 .
Lots of changes from looking at that photo, before I had the tire and gas can swing outs etc on the RL bumper
265-75-16s on the KJ, 265-70-16s on the trailer

Sorry for the delay, just got back from wheeling. Tom, what size receiver are you running, and do you have any close up pics of it hooked to the trailer? I have to open my tailgate to put my trailer on. Its more like doing a dance since i have to hold the tailgate just right. I have a 4" drop, but I think I need some sort of extension.

I've got the RL bumper with the hitch built in so higher than normal hitch. I have to run a 6 inch drop I got from Harbor Freight that's longer than normal . With the trailer shown I can open the back gate with no issues . With my 6 X 10 enclosed the jack is in the way . I'll see if I have a better picture of it

Got my tires put on today. I went with 245/75-16 Wild Country XTX. I paid $459 OTD, so I couldn't resist the price. They fit perfect, and it doesn't rub anywhere (at least not yet). They should work put pretty well. Unfortunately, it's been storming all day so I'll have to wait til tomorrow to take pics

Yea local shop down the road from me. I own an audio shop, and I did the owner right on an install a while back, so he returned the favor. I'll snap some pics later

They look more aggressive in person, and are similar to the cooper's. These things are pretty meaty.

I gained just under an inch of ground clearance from them. With the money I saved, I'm now in the market for a fridge, any good suggestions?

Finally got around to taking the front struts back out to have them compressed and re-assembled correctly. Glad I did, as they were all screwed up, missing or upside down washers and all. I talked to the tire store that gave me the deal on the tires, and they will let me use their wall mount compressor and do it myself. Btw, they weren't the ones that assembled them. So once I get them put together corrctly, I'll add my top plate shims. I'll snap a few pics when I compress the springs

Got the JBA top plates on, and the struts assembled correctly. The upper strut nuts were a pita to get off. Spec is 19ft lbs, and it took a 1/2 impact to get them off.

Thanks, I'll have it on the trail pretty soon. Aug 3 I'm going to the 4wp Jeepfest, and if the weather stays decent we are heading to Beasley's Knob afterwards. I've done a few things locally and I can say I'm definately impressed with it. I can put it everywhere I put my tj with open diffs and 33's...
