2004 Montero Limited located in Davie, FL (15 mins from FLL airport)
This vehicle is pretty rusty underneath and comes with several issues:
1. The brake lines to the rear are severly rusted and started to leak. The car is not driveable unless you are willing to drive without brakes. Repairing these lines will require removal of the fuel tank which I am not willing to do at this point. The car will need to be towed. Mechanically it runs and drives although the center diff light is permanently on. 4WD systems works however. Changed the solenoid under the air filter and that didnt fix it. Tranny and engine are in good condition. Car has 154K miles and it is dark blue. I don't believe I have seen another dark blue Montero limited around. The car has an Old Men Emu suspension kit installed and VORS wheels with 265/75/16 Falken Wildpeak tires with over 80% thread left.
Other issues:
2. AC works but leaks. The AC lines both high and low pressure to the rear unit were cut off by the previous owner. I plugged the lines as pictured but the system will only hold gas for a few days.
3. Lots of rust in the rear area.
4. Driver's seat cushion is in bad shape.
5. Hood has some type of boil.
