Very clean and well taken care of pop camper. Second owner and I kept it stored inside. Everything works. Upgraded the battery charger/ power station to progressive dynamics lithium unit. Has a battle born 50amp lithium battery. Recently added an accumulator tank for the water system and a new water shurflow pump in the the last 6 months. Gives a nice flow without having to listen to the pump every time you turn the sink on. Toilet with holding tank and exterior dump.
I added the fantastic ceiling fan.
Pulled the linoleum and put down waterproof vinyl plank flooring to upgrade the look a little bit. Nice thing about these units is they are fairly light. Just over 1300 lbs dry.
The pop camper keeps it very low profile and the weight lower as well. Drives really nice down the road. Full plywood walk on roof (when roof is not popped up).
Can store up to 40 lbs on roof and still lift it , if you decided to add solar panels.
