2005 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT 4x4, Cummins Turbo Diesel, would make a great rescue rig, would pull out the most stuck expo truck, :coffeedrink: 114,112 miles, Maroon, Black cloth, air, Auto transmission, Power : windows, locks, seat, mirrors(heated) , remote keyless entry (2 fobs), CD player, 1 owner with tons of upgrades $26,750.00 or would trade for a built Toyota FJ Cruiser.
I bought this truck new and it is in great shape and is ready to drive anywhere, I bought it to pull a 2 Horse trailer but I sold my horses soon after I bought the truck , I have been thinking I would get back into Horses so I have hung on to the truck all this time but it still has not happened so I do not need the truck anymore.
It has the 5.9 Cummins which most people prefer over the newer 6.7 for its better gas milage, I get 20-23 MPG on the HWY with the cruise set at 75. I am a non smoker and do not have kids or dogs so the Interior is in great shape, the paint is very shiny with minor imperfections such as minor scratches and stone chips, there is a small scratched/dented area near the rear passenger tail light but is minor, the pictures show the imperfection. Over all the appearance of this truck is very good.
I have added a lot of upgrades to the truck as the list below shows, the total of upgrades come up to $11072.00 not counting the labor to install all this stuff or sales tax and shipping of all the parts.
I ordered this truck without a trailer hitch because the stock Dodge hitch would only haul 5000 pounds, the hitch I bought for it will tow 15,000 pounds and goes up the frame rails to provide a load distributing hitch. I Installed the Dodge 7 pin trailer wiring hookup so it all looks factory. I installed the tranny parts the first year of ownership. The tranny has always worked and shifted great , I also installed the new updated Dodge electric solenoids recently to keep everything going smooth. I have always used Dodge synthetic oil in the drive train and synthetic engine oil.
Tires will need to replaced soon, I would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere as I have kept up on all maintenance per Dodge maintenance recommendations.
The truck books for $22,225.00 plus the upgrades of $11,117.00 = $33,342.00 I will take $26,750.00
