Luddite
$500 OBO
Decided to sell the bed rack that I fabricated for my '07 AC.
1.5" HREW Tube, MIG welded and painted with Rustoleum brush on paint. Not the prettiest paint in the world, but it's held up alright after about 15,000 miles. This rack has been all over Washington, Montana and cross-country to the East Coast..
Decided that I want to try a shorter rack.
Try and find a mass-produced rack for our trucks that captures the bed-bolts. You won't.
Base plates are 1/4" Mild Steel, gusseted.
This was one of the first projects that I completed with tubing, and my bends got botched up. That being said, the center cross bar is about 1/2" higher than the other two, and has a slight wave in it due to a mis-bend. Perfectly functional, and has held up to thousands of miles with a Roof Top Tent on it.
Hi-Lift mount on the left (passenger) side.
Don't think shipping will be an option, delivery might be an option/meet halfway (immediate PNW only). I'll help you install if you come up to my shop in Bellingham.
Again - it's not perfect, but it's served me well - and you'd be hard pressed to find another rack that captures the bed bolts as opposed to the bed rails.
Thanks,
Jake
