Selling our built-out suburban. We purchased the vehicle from Suboverland in Twin Falls, ID in September of 2021, and have put ~65,000 miles on it. The truck currently has 285,000 miles on it.
I love this truck and we have camped all accross the west and the canadian rockies in it. Just upgraded to a Tundra, and it needs a new home.
The build includes -
- Struts: Bilstein 5100s
- Springs: Moog HD Coils
- Tires: K02 All Terrain tires (20%) treadlife left
- Solar panel with an inverter
- Drawer System which provides 6.5 feet of sleeping length.
- Ceiling vent fan
- Roof Tray.
In our ownership we have replaced/serviced the following items.
- Oil changes every 5,000 miles.
- Valve cover and Oil Pan gaskets
- Spark plugs and Wires
- Universal Joint
- Brakes
- Wheel Bairing (passenger front)
- Radiator and hoses.
- Coolant Reservoir expansion tank
- Heater core coolant line
- New Alternator
- Transmission, transfercase and differential drain and fills every 30K miles
- Fuel Pump
- Transfer Case Encoder Motor
- Oil Analysis from Blackstone labs. Indicates healthy engine life (picture attatched).
Despite the maintenence and repairs we have done, I realize it’s not perfect. The paint is flaking on parts of the body (drivers side), and it has various dings and dents from trail use. I realize its high mileage, but the engine runs strong and based off the oil analysis I am quite confident in it. I think it would be a great "overland" build for somone on a budget.
Asking $7,000 OBO. PM me with any questions.
