For sale is our much loved Evo 1. It's a 2006. We've had it for about 3 years and used it quite a bit and had a huge amount of fun with it.
Here are the particulars:
- It has the "better" roof in the aluminum roof (NOT Filon)
- All systems are functioning very well to include: water (20 gallons, and 7 gallon hot water), heater, indoor stove, outdoor BBQ, outdoor shower, 3 way refrigerator
- 3500 lb GVWR rating, ~2700 lbs dry
- Trailer brakes (standard 7 pin harness)
The good stuff/extras:
- New tires last year
- New deep cycle marine battery this year
- New shocks just before we purchased
- Brakes have been checked and are in good shape
- Bearings cleaned and repacked last year
- "Tent" for outdoor shower
- Awning is in good shape with good support poles and the like
- 2 full propane tanks up front (we honestly emptied these once in all our time, so they last forever)
- 3 way fridge that gets cold enough to make ice (there is a CPU fan on the condenser to assist in cooling too)
- All interior lights and the exterior light are LED (saves the battery big time)
- Various hoses, funnels, and a couple water cans, and such to help with the water systems
- Reverse lights wired into the 7 pin plug (if your tow vehicle supports, they come on when you shift into reverse automatically)
- Trickle charge solar panel to keep the battery topped off when not in use
- Probably a number of other little nick nacks I'm forgetting
The bad:
- Well, it has been used and has some dings here and there, so it is no garage queen
- There <might> be a tiny leak in the roof that I just don't have time to look into as we have a newborn. I am absolutely POSITIVE there is no mold or that this has been going on for a long time and we've camped many times in the rain and never had any issues. The recent deluge we had left some standing water on the roof which may have caused this one time occurrence. And that is full disclosure. I suspect all that needs done is the center seam re-sealed. Easy peasy.
If you searched and found this, you know what you are looking at and how hard to find they are and how popular they have become. I have the price so low based on the possible roof concern, so I'm pretty firm.
We are selling to get to a smaller and lighter off road tear drop that we can take to some hard core off road locations.
Price: SOLD
