My 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 liter started to run rough throwing the check engine light while running but not staying on after washing it yesterday. Prior to car wash was running fine finally registered code 0172 with ignition key turns as I was out and did not have my code reader. This morning after short drive did fine sat and idled for maybe 5 mins started to run rough and throw 0172 and 0300 codes. I have had my truck in the past throw misfire codes but nothing in the past 6 months. I replaced spark plugs than and in the past 3 months replaced fuel pump the truck has about 1/2 a tank a gas and was running fine earlier in the week https://mechanicfaq.com/air-filters-for-dodge-cummins/ . I am not sure what is going on with it now. I am going to do a running test with the code reader and checking spark plugs and coil packs today but any other suggestions to try its just confusing me that it was running great until I took it to the car wash.
