Asking price $23,000. Clean title in hand.

The time has come for me to sell my Ford Econoline conversion van. Its a 2006 E-250 Econoline regular wheel base, with a 5.4 v8 engine with 151,000 miles 2wd .Power Windows and Locks I converted this van myself a little over a year ago while working at a professional van conversion shop in Oregon and built this using some pretty high standards, so this isn’t your typical DIY backyard build, I put a lot of time and money into this van. That being said, I did put this van to use for the last year on A LOT of trips so the interior build does have a little bit of wear and tear here and there, nothing major though. Would make a perfect candidate for 4x4 conversion!

ABOUT THE VAN/MECHANICAL HISTORY

-Currently has 151,000 Miles.

-5.4 V8 Runs and drives great. Just drove it from Oregon to Utah.

-I have done oil changes every 3-4k miles since I got it at 134k miles. I have the CarFax and previous owners kept with maintenance on a pretty consistent schedule.

-Alternator was replaced at 149k

-Spark plugs/coils Evap canister replaced at 144k

-All four shocks were replaced at 136k miles with bilstein shocks (Front Driver side is a little squeaky since installed).

-Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 rear axle air helper springs

EXTERIOR MODS/UPGRADES

-16x8 American racing AR172 Matte Black Wheels on BFGoodrich A/T KO2 Tires (They have around 15k miles on them at this point, LOTS of life left in them).

-Aluminess side ladder

-Smitty Bilt Gutter rack mounts and 80/20 aluminum extrusion cross bars. These are super versatile for mounting accessories too.

-I installed older style front and rear bumper for a cleaner look. Original rear bumper was step style bumper. (Front has a lot of rock chips, I painted it with spray on raptor liner, but it did not hold up very well).

-Upgraded LED Headlights.

-Front Hood Bug Deflector.

CAMER BUILD OUT

I kept this build pretty simple. It has a full electrical system, fridge, Just under full size bed, I used a 6inch thick foam mattress and cut it down to somewhere around 48”x 70” (don’t have the exact measurements right now but I’m 5’9” and can sleep side ways, not on an angle), all electrical wires are pure stranded copper, Puck ceiling lights on a dimmer switch, large amount of storage. Killmatt sound deadening covering most of the vans interior surface. Insulated with 3m Thinsulate. All panels and flooring is marine grade plywood. Wall panels are all 1/4 inch marine grade plywood with 1/8 inch closed cell foam glued to faced and all wrapped in marine grade vinyl. All cabinets are built with 3/4 inch maple plywood, primed and painted with rustloeum (makes for easy touch ups). Solid wood counter top. There is no plumbing setup in this build. Upgraded the original stock cloth seats to oem vinyls in great shape. New Vinyl floor in front area, front area also sound deaden with kill mat and 1/2inch stick on foam

-Maxxxfan7500k

-Passenger side swivel seat base

-Vitrifrigo C85i Stainless Steel Refrigerator/Freezer

-Seven (3k warmth) Ceiling puck lights on dimmer switch

-Chinese Diesel heater with separate 2.5 gallon fuel tank in rear with level gauge on control panel (hanging wire under bed area is for level sensor, was testing to see if it worked, i have since routed it neatly).

-100AH Battle Born LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Battery

-Two 100w Renogy black framed solar panels

-Full Victron Electrical System

-Victron 30A Mppt Solar controller
-Victron 30A Dc/Dc charger (Charges house battery at 30amp per hour from alternator).
-Victron Lynx Distributor
-Victron Pheonix 1200w Inverter (two 120v outlet locations)
-Victron BM-712 Battery monitor (Bm-712, Mppt, and dc/dc are also bluetooth compatible)
-Two Usb charging ports
-Everything is Fused on a blue seas fuse panel or through the Lynx distributor. (All Victron items are also run through circuit breakers).

THINGS THAT NEED ATTENTION

-Voltmeter gauge on the gauge cluster doesn’t work (I used a 12v cigarette lighter usb charger to give me the vehicle voltage reading).

-Voltmeter and water temp gauge backlights are out on the cluster (water temperature gauge itself works, just backlight on cluster is out).

-Has small rock chip on passenger side of windshield

-As stated, I took a lot of trips in this van so could you some paint touchups on the cabinets as well as the countertop.

-Never got a chance to get a cushion sewn for the bench top, would definitely be a good upgrade. I had kept a blanket down to try and keep it from scratching. Also never got real window covers made, just cut and taped reflectix over the windows. Was supposed to be temporary but didn’t bother me enough to spend the money to get legit ones made (I don’t know how to sew lol)

-Diesel heater can randomly be a little finicky, doesn’t happen often, but sometimes takes two tries to kick on. Most likely needs new glow plug or just be cleaned.

-Driverside Window works but at about 3/4s of the way down it briefly jumps and sounds like it almost gets caught on something and then continues down fine. Haven’t had a chance to look at it…

Mattress, Tow Hitch and Bike rack Pictured NOT included!
