2007 Rubicon Unlimited (low miles)

I am the second owner and owned the Rubicon since 2008. It has been garage-kept and currently has under 83,000 original miles. It has NO mechanical issues I know of; only rust is on the gas tank skid plate. The only issue is the 12v power outlet isn't working. Sometimes it takes a minute for the stock stereo to come on. The soft top is on the Jeep, but I have the hard one that needs some TLC. Asking $13,500obo. Located in Port Republic MD
