2008 Land Rover LR2 AWD
No overland modifications, but great daily driver or potential project vehicle.
100,900 Miles
KBB Value is $5,073-$7,568 Private Party
$6500/obo
Located in Cortez, Colorado - 1.5 Hours to Moab, 1.5 Hours to Telluride, 4 Hours from Albuquerque.
I purchased the LR2 4 years ago from my father who had purchased it as a lease return from Land Rover Denver. It's been in the same family for about 8-9 years I believe.
It's been very reliable and low maintenance, starts every time, drives great, very quiet and comfortable. Getting into a new Tacoma double cab to have some extra cargo space with 2 kids and a dog.
Rhino Rack Crossbars (Not Pictured)
2" Hitch Receiver - No Wiring
New Windshield last year - No cracks, chips, etc.
Tires Installed April 2017 at 85,000 miles
New right rear wheel bearing installed 2018
The bike rack is a Recon Rack R4, Made in USA. Retails at $775+shipping, was purchased this Spring and can include if you want, we can negotiate it into the price if so.
Known Issues:
Key Fobs - This Land Rover has a unique key system where the fob slides into the dash, like old-school keyless sort of. However one of the key fobs the tab is broken so you have to play with the key to get it back out, takes only an extra second. The other key fob is intact but the lock/unlock on the remote does not function. These can be sourced/replaced but it never bothered me and wasn't worth the investment.
Intermittent Wipers - The intermittent setting is unreliable at best, I generally end up either going Low or manually doing it as needed. Minor nuisance.
Driver Seat Leather - Cracking is the door side, and the center seam where you sit has split about 6"
Battery - I think it will most likely need a new battery this upcoming winter.
