I while back I was going to sell my Jeep and trailer because I really think they look great together and should go together but I didn’t get a lot of interest (probably priced to high). I have decided that I will sell the trailer separately.

Basic Trailer Info
The trailer was built for the 2008 Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association (SEMA) show and was used as a feature vehicle. Since that time the trailer has only been used one night and is in great shape (tent cover shows sun damage). It is 100% custom and would cost well over $14,000 to build. The tub is custom made of aluminum by Aqualu and cost well over $4,000 alone. Frame, storage box and rack system were custom built, frame is fully box and super strong.

Sorry but I am not sure what model ARB tent I have.

On another note: I have been askedwhy the tongue is that length. It’s so the door and tire carrier can open allthe way with the trailer on, the draw bar could probably be cut about 4"shorter but at that point the tire carrier would almost hit the basket whenopened. The tent deploys on the driver’s side so with the rear door all the wayopen you have full access to the back of the Jeep and the tent etc….

Based on our tent sales history we carried the Simpson 2 tent our part number ARB101us from June 2007 until February 2009.

We started carrying the Simpson 3, late March 2009 and still sell this model ARB3101US.

All of the parts were bought in 2008 for the trailer and it was first registered in November of 2008. So unless someone can tell me how to identify which tent I have I would assume it is the Sampson II

Great information and appreciated. I looked through the thread and my tent is a Simpson II, no doubt about it.
