Very motivated but patient seller. Out of state buyers welcome. After a phone call and then a video chat that showcases the campers, if you want to proceed, I will hold them for up to 7 days with a non-refundable $1,000 deposit. Although you can have them shipped to you via freight or uShip, I would prefer that you come get them yourself.
2009 Hawk alone: $17,895
2013 Silver Spur Hawk alone: $22,895
2009 & 2013 Hawks together in one minimal-hassle visit & purchase: $35,895
I am the sole owner of the 2009 Hawk. Just acquired a 2013 Silver Spur Hawk but I don't like the interior color and has too many options I don't need. So, selling both and I will order a new custom build with just the features I like.
-------
2009 Hawk:
Purchased in 2009. Very few hours in it. Most often stored in a garage when not in use. I work for months at a time with little or no time off, but when I do get to go out, Hawk is what gets me where I want to be. It was custom built by FWC to fit on both the first gen (2000-2006) and second gen (2007-2013) Tundras. Pics are from my 2005 and 2012 Tundras. Will also fit many other trucks.
8' Awning with LED light.
3,800 BTU indoors rated portable propane heater with built-in igniter.
6 gallon hot water heater and exterior shower.
Dimmable LED interior lighting (4 independent modules).
Rear wall steps for roof access or accessory attachments.
LED exterior lighting on the shower side and also awning side.
Large 3-way Norcold fridge with freezer (2.7 cu.ft.). AC/DC/propane.
20 gallon fresh water tank.
2 burner stove.
Roof vent wired for Fan-Tastic accessories.
Deep cycle maintenance free Optima battery and battery separator..
3 Piece portable dining table.
Formica counter tops.
Solar panel connector on the roof. Ports ready on the distribution hub.
Foldable entry step (plastic).
Insulated side walls and roof.
Roll over couch.
Beige interior fabric and curtains, white countertops, black trim.
4 mechanical camper jacks.
Steel jack brackets.
Mods for improved refrigeration performance in blazing hot weather.
Keys and spare keys. Original leather keychain from the factory.
Custom exterior 2-chair storage system.
Custom carpeting (2 layers).
Custom cabinet dividers.
Custom exterior rack capable of carrying a large stack of 2x4, 2x6s or 7 windsurf boards without an ounce of load on the roof.
Custom spice, lotion, bottle, storage rack (off-road proof).
Custom exterior collapsible shower room, entryway hand rail, patio (not included in the price but I will mentor you for design, parts & installation 'after' you buy it).
Pressure, flow and air mix modified water dispensing system. (With one tank and a few MSR bags, made it possible for two adults to take 11 showers each, a total of 22 hot showers. Although some were just quick body rinses, it got the job done.)
All user's manuals, service records, part numbers, tips & tricks printouts, custom design drawings, frame photographs in one neatly organized folder.
I used my custom mattresses in it. So the original bedding has never been slept on. Sitting in an empty room at home.
I always used custom-fit seat covers. So the original fabric has never been sat on.
I used a custom made dual layer carpet system. So the vinyl floor has never seen foot traffic.
This is an expedition ready camper with some significant upgrades designed and made by an aerospace engineer. Many details and pictures will be added to this ad soon. For now, just adding a few pictures. It is in a dry garage sitting on a steel framed custom dolly to prevent floor sagging.
No mold, no mildew, no foul odors of any kind.
Non-smoker owned, no pets or kids inside, ever. Always ventilated after each and every trip. Stored with the top up in a dry area.
Condition of the interior: Very clean, no foul odors or any odors for that matter. Has been anal retentively cleaned after each and every excursion, no matter how brief the trip was. No stains on the walls or ceiling. Spotless show-room condition fabric. No rusts or oxidization on any metal. All hardware intact. Water line seals regularly replaced as part of preventative maintenance. Countertops intact and without any burns or cuts. Some mods on the walls such as off-road key & stuff holder, relocation of the awning rod for easy reach, glide rail mods for better performance.
Guts: Every drop of water that made it into the tank and lines has always been filtered through a multi-stage filter. Gas orifices regularly cleaned. Lubed as appropriate with the right chemicals.
Exterior seals: Meticulously cleaned and sealed every year. There are a few areas where the new sealant has smeared outside the joints. I left them as-is and they have some discoloration. Can be cleaned with white gas.
Maintained meticulously as I firmly believe in preventative maintenance. Recently replaced: water heater anode and complete gas burner assembly, new fridge thermostat, complete gas line assembly and controller modules, tank valve, input gas lines and backflow preventer, regulator, etc.

2013 Hawk: Silver Spur package, mechanical jacks, aluminum upgrade jack brackets, 3.0cu.ft. fridge/freezer, fridge vent fan, furnace w/thermostat, water heater with outside shower, Stereo system with satellite antenna, powered roof vent, second roof vent, LED lights, screen door, 8' awning, Yakima roof track system and Yakima keyed locks, dual batteries, air conditioner (yes, an a/c on a pop-up camper, who knew!), and a whole bunch of other features that were purchased by the first owner. He says he slept in it for tops 14 nights. Looks like it. Non-smoker. Has always stored in his garage and I saw it, and I believe him. Spotless camper. Has all the user's manuals, paperwork, etc.
I would say it is in show-room-condition, but that would be a lie. Most show-room models have dust and dirt in them. This one doesn't have a spec of anything. Bring your magnifier to inspect!

Duo pics taken Nov 25, 2016. Will take more pics as time allows. Trust me, neither has anything to worry about inside. Looks and feels great.
If you are planning to camp around the Northwest, keep the 2013 and sell the 2009. If you are planning on going on a global expedition, sell the 2013 and keep the 2009. The reason is a long story. Preparing some pics and text for that. Basically, the 2009 is expedition-ready for a first-gen Tundra because of three pieces of exterior gear racks I designed and had a Boeing welder build for me out of aircraft grade aluminum, marine grade plywood and TIG welding. Also, I built an elaborate cabinetry system that mounts inside the truck in lieu of the rear seats. It conceals everything from out of sight, quadruples the amount of gear you can fit in the rear because of the shelving & dividers, and allows easy access to the maps, atlases, notepads and large DSLR camera from the driver seat. Even has a concealed compartment. These items are not included in the price, but will be up for sale or you can build them yourself. Materials cost over $2,000, labor another $1,000 and about 250-400 man-hours of design & manufacturing labor, give or take.
