Valve inspection at 3,000 and 6,000 miles with no adjustment needed.
I (mid 40's) have owned this bike for less than a year. Bought it to ride with the Mrs as she just got her "M" endorsement and we got her, "her" own enduro. We are selling because we found out she cannot ride due to an unknown hip problem.
The guy I bought it from had it for a couple of years and was the 2nd owner. The 1st owner (mid 50's) had it as a commuter and put about 3,000 miles on it. The guy I bought it from was the 2nd owner (mid 40's) added new chain & sprockets and the pumper carb, which is a huge improvement over stock. Most of my riding has been around town and a couple of rural roads. Nothing ever heavy. Never been laid down. Not raced or ridden hard.
This thing has ton's of torque down low and with the pumper carb it has a throttle response like it has fuel injection. I would not hesitate to ride this bike across country or a weekend road trip.
These bikes are great commuters as well as getting out there on the back roads or as an adventure bike.

You can buy a brand new one, but then spend easily $2,000+ on getting one this nice. The reason I am selling this is the Mrs and I bought a built LJ and want to build an M416 trailer.
I can just as easily part this out with all the extras and sell the bike as stock and make more money, but I am not going to. I would really like to see it go to a good home. I have spent a fair amount of time and money getting it dialed in.
