FYI for '09 owners with automatic transmissions - the TSB covers known downshifting issues and provides for a re-flash of the ECU with improved shift points.

The TSB # is 0373-09, "ECM Calibration Enhancement".

I just had it done the other day. Truck shifts overall much better and doesn't down shift into 1st when decelerating into a corner anymore.

Thanks for the info. The shifting into first gear around a corner is very annoying.

Do you know if this also corrects the late downshifting to first when stopped? Sometimes on mmy DC it downshifts 15-20 seconds after coming to a complete stop.
