Well the first skid plate under my front bumper is stainless-steel and very visible. It's actually part of the Shrockworks front bumper system and I have never found it to be unsightly or too much of an attention grabber.

I agree Bud is a top notch guy. I'm looking forward to getting his skids. I was thinking of having the stainless steel skids power coated because I didn't want the front skid plate to stick out to much.... But now i am thinking about just keeping the stainless look. I just don't want it to look to strange.. Do you have any thoughts?

I'd like to hear more about the Sequoia build.

Today I picked up a beautiful 2001 Sequoia to add to my Toy farm. I doubt I'll ever build it up into any kind of true off-roader but adding some amenities for expeditions is definitely going to happen.

It already has a nice set of BFGs on it... The rig is in absolutely great condition. And it's nice to drive a V8 again. So roomy it's a pleasure to drive.
