2012 Windansea Surfers Reunion

September 8th. will be the 18 year of the Windansea Surfers Reunion held at Windasea Beach in La Jolla, California. I have attached a photo of the surfboard I made that will be raffled off in the afternoon. I have been shaping these raffle boards since 1994 and many are hanging on walls throughout California and Hawaii. If you are near Windansea beach Saturday the 8th of September please stop and join us. Music. surfing and a great Luau. Buy raffle tickets for a dollar per and you could win the board or many other prizes during the day. If you do join us ask for me George Lanning ( that´s me the guy standing in the middle of the photo) and I would be thrilled to meet Expo members.

Windansea guys mean? I am shocked!!!! Do I look like a mean guy? By the way who is BA?

I remember you throwing rocks at my car in 1975 and being from the Clairemont crew you guy's loved us so much. BA is the guy in the parking lot who takes an hour to get out in the water because he has to talk to everybody AKA Bill Andrews.

Bat. Not me!!! I was traveling in 1975 and living in the Northwest. I do know Bill Andrews. But there was a guy from Clairemont that surfed at Windansea. His name is Pat Shea. Remember him? 6´4" 260 pounds and played for the Chargers back in the 60´s. He graduated from Mission Bay High School in 1958. Nobody and I mean nobody ever messed with him and he was a good surfer and a good friend.
