Observer
Make: Lance
Model: 825
Condition: Almost Excellent (see “needs” section)
Upgrades: Storage organizer in part of fold down bunk, King Mattress (yep you read that correctly it has a king mattress, 2” memory foam topper (we can sell it with the original queen mattress if needed), vanity mirror installed in pantry, shelf upgrade in storage above sink, converted hatch door for lower storage to fold down platform, quick-connect propane for stove, electric remote activated jacks (can load or unload in 15 minutes), I’m sure I’m forgetting things as well.
Specs: https://www.rvusa.com/rv-guide/2014-lance-tc-truck-camper-floorplan-825-tr30232

Needs: The fabric on the seat cushions have a few separations at the seems. The water pump has been vibrating more than usual, but it works just as well as it ever has.

This camper is great, has no leaks, sleeps 4 nicely, stays warm in cold weather since it has 4 season package it does well in the cold. All aluminum frame construction so it’s very light for its size.

The exterior pics are "too large" to upload not sure what's up there. Give me a should if you want more pics. Or I'll post them in a reply to the thread.

Camper Price: 19,500.00. “Suggested price” on NADA is 24,228.00. Right now with the current market and research I’ve done I’m thinking this is really an 18k-20k camper. I’m asking 19.5k as I believe it to be a fair price and not looking to gouge anyone. Here’s the link to the figures: https://www.nadaguides.com/RVs/2014/Lance/Lance-825-_/6550695/Values

If you have any questions feel free to call/text or email whichever works. 307-267-0549 Truck_lance3.jpgTruck_lance5.jpgTruck_lance6.jpgTruck_lance8.jpg
