2016 Ford F350 Lariat 4x4 DRW “Beastie” low mileage 44k.
First of all, I love this truck. It drives amazing , tows/hauls anything you can image and has top of the line comforts and electronics.We have taken cross country road trips and it has been an absolute pleasure. I have had the Lance truck camper in the bed and towed and enclosed trailer with motorcycles (Handbuilt Show) and still got 14MPG — going 75-80MPH (2k RPM) on the highway. Also, I have done 20MPG on the interstate with 2 bikes in the bed. Life changes have required me to sell it.
Current ODO is 46k miles with recent oil change, but it is my daily driver so miles will increase. The truck is up to date with any recalls and all services completed at required intervals by Ronnie ThompsonFord (Ellijay) and Nalley Ford (Roswell). I have a 150,000 mile extended complete (covers everything down to light bulbs) warranty that is transferrable.
This truck has tailgate with built in ladder and back up camera, power sunroof and rear window slider, heated/ AC seats, Navi, BT, Sirius capable, Incredible sound system, heated/AC seats, every bell and whistle Ford offers.
I have added spray in bed liner, professional grade E-track to the bed walls for unlimited tie-down hook ups, front hitch receiver , 5th wheel trailer outlet in the bed wall (great for charging camper while on road). Happijac style camper suspension tie-downs and Torklift receivers. Class 5 hitch extension for pulling trailer while the camper is loaded.
The only thing Beastie will need is new front tires-- I have waited incase the new owner wants to go with more off road tires. I will make an allowance for the tires if I have not replaced them in the meantime.
2012 Lance 950S (slide out)
We have great memories in this camper-- many motorcycle rallies, cross country trips, and boon-docking for 7 days. You can totally live in this camper.
Custom designed interior. Hand made French linen dinette cushions . Custom curtains including double lined black out curtains in bunk area. Walls painted white (instead of stock brown and gold). Added hardwood loft step and dinette storage step. Installed custom hidden coffee maker inside the kitchen cabinet.
All halogen lights have been replaced with high efficiency LED lighting. Brand new power inverter and new top of the line Lifeline GPL-24T military grade batteries. Solar panel charging. Onan built in propane generator with exhaust muffler stack ( required in some campsites). Breathable Full camper cover.
30 Gallon fresh water tank, 6 gallon propane water heater with "city" water (with pressure regulator) and gas hookups. Multiple black water hookups, hoses and drain system. Indoor and outdoor showers. Complete bathroom. Tons of hidden storage. Gas oven and stovetop. 2 propane tanks with regulated splitter.
Satellite dish and entertainment system (no TV installed) with speakers in and out.
Remote controlled electric slide out and lift jacks levers make this a breeze to setup camp or load/unload.
It is a 4 season camper- we have camped in 20 degree temps and the propane furnace kept us cozy. Also, 100 degrees in TX and the AC will give you the chills.
We have a new back up camera (not installed yet) that can be viewed all the time while driving using your smartphone.
