Recently, there was another Latitude posted for sale on this forum, and mine is very similar, but shorter by 3'.

And not brand new!

So, open to offers!

I'm planning on having the camper at Expo East in a few weeks. Additionally, I've come down on the price to a more realistic $8500. The attached link shows the minimum deployment, which can be achieved with a little practice in about 15 minutes through several other stages, which will add another 45 mins, with practice.
The dogs are not included, but I think they may miss the trailer as well when its gone
