For model year 2017, the Jeep Wrangler is essentially unchanged. Car and Driver says there will be two new options: a set of LED headlights, and a cold weather package. Otherwise, the Wrangler 2 and 4 door models are the same as 2016.

The redesigned Wrangler probably won't appear until a new production line is constructed in the Toledo plant where the Cherokee is made today. Cherokee production will move to a plant in Illinois, making room for Jeep to assemble Wranglers of current and new design on parallel lines for a while.
I expect once the new line is running, the old line will be reconfigured to produce the new model Wrangler. This should give enough capacity to produce at least 300,000 Wranglers annually, including the new Wrangler pickup.
In calendar year 2015, Jeep sold 202,000 Wranglers in USA. Through August 2016, 134,000 Wranglers were sold, so Jeep is on pace to sell 200k Wranglers again this year. That's from a single production line, running as fast as humanly possible.
