2018 Ram 2500 CTD Laramie Mega Cab - 40,0000 miles and climbing. Almost all of these miles are unloaded highway miles, 6500 of these miles were towing our travel trailer. All maintenance has been performed at Dodge dealer at required intervals. All upgrades were professionally installed at around 15000 miles. I can provide better pictures upon request.

I added this picture for a data point on the extended range fuel tank. I am not claiming 1000 mile range, I normally put in 38 gallons when I fill up at a 1/4 tank and normally have traveled 650 miles. I think its safe to say, 750 miles could be done between fill ups.

with the larger tank how do you get the computer to read more distance, or does it say 450 miles for like 200 miles? I have one and couldnt figure out how to change the tank size in the computer to properly calculate remaining gallons.

The miles to empty cannot be re-calibrated, so yea basically you travel 200 miles with it still reading 450 until empty. Same with the level gauge, stays on F for about 250 miles. I have read that the Fords will re-calibrate and give an accurate guestimate on MTE.
