Hello All,
I selling my 2019 Tacoma DCSB TRD OFF Road, 6 Speed Manual, overlander build with 3xxx miles. I purchased the truck new and started the build in January of 2020. The truck has been stored inside since I it was purchased. Title is clean and in hand. My situation has changed and I am offering it for sale. I have spent over 75K not including tax, shipping and labor to install. I am sure I have not accounted for everything that I put into it. I figure that given the current market conditions and the fact the truck and mods are essentially new that now is the time to try to sell. If I can get my price I will sell it, if not I will keep it.
I put a lot of thought and energy into this build. I have documented most everything of what I have done with detailed photos, all of which will be passed on to the new owner. I have all of the receipts and original documentation that came with the components.
I am not going to be parting the truck.
I initially was going install a second battery in the bed and mount solar on the roof. Instead I purchased Jackey 1000w power station and 2 160 Watt panels. I ran #2 AWG welding cable from the main battery to the camper unit. So if someone wants to have an aux battery in the camper they can as the conductors are sized to accommodate this. Currently I have the option to power the camper from the truck battery or I can input the jackery into the camper directly and power it from that. You will notice in the photos there is a main disconnect, selector switch (truck or aux input), 10A thermal fuse and aux input. This set up works nicely as now I can park in the shade and put my panels in the sun. Also while moving I can charge the Jackery from the truck’s inverter. I am keeping the Jackery and panels and the dometic cooler I use.
Known issues. I cracked the plastic cover over the in center engine bay with, barely noticeable. Could not get the Sirius XM to reliably with external antenna. Navigation works fine.
Unfinished items which i will be completing. I need to seal around the door and back panels with Sika Flex.
Personal items are not included. Maxtrax not included. I temporally strapped the Maxtraxs. I wanted to show that the gas shocks could support lifting and holding them in place.
I still have the entire back passenger compartment including hardware should someone want to return it stock.
Truck is located 30 minutes from Albany NY
Thanks for looking.
