235 85R 16's on a 2004 WJ w/1" lift?

Does anyone have experience running 235 85R 16's on a WJ running 1" OME Springs? I'm getting ready to buy tires and was wanting to go up some (29" to 31"). If I got to trim the front bumper skirt that is no problem. I was also considering 245 75R 16's. I was just trying to stay closer to the stock width.
