Similarly, I have my CB and ham antennas mounted on CBI ditch light brackets at the cowl of my windshield. I don't know if there's anything similar for the FJCs, but that might be a bolt-on option.
BTW, on your other question about the coax. Your best choice is to trim the coax to length and tune the antenna with the final length. It shouldn't matter a lot but the length might impact the final SWR reading slightly. If you're not able or willing to cut the coax to the right length then coil it up and zip tie the middle into a bowtie shape.
