2nd Gen Tacoma Service Manuals

Hey all, first post here - I searched and found lots of results but not specifically what I was looking for so here it is.
I have a 2012 Tacoma double cab and of course I am very disappointed with Toyota's decision not to publish traditional service manuals.
The TTORA link has been taken down (lawyers grrrr) leaving me, to the best of my knowledge with only the fee based TIS.
Does anyone have any experience with this service? Is it feasible to download the whole manual in .pdf format? (sure sounds like a pain)
If anyone has any suggestions, they are appreciated! PM's are fine

I don't have any experience with TIS, but I've found a few other things. This link appears to be the service manual for '05 plus Tacoma's, but I'm not sure of the source. http://www.customtacos.com/tech.old/files/05FSM/repair.html And it is not easy to use, as least compared to a printed manual.

There is quite a bit of information on Tacoma World. If you look in the 2nd Gen section, one of the sticky posts is torque specs, and that has a lot of useful info.

Thanks. I'm really looking for the FSM specific to my vehicle so this weekend I might take the 15 dollar gamble on whether or not it is practical to download the entire manual.
I have my doubts since the greedy bastards want $$ i bet it's not so easy. We will see....

Toyota asked TTORA to take down the hosted FSM's...

Yea, I don't get it. I guess the bean counters expect one to pay more for a subscription service that the $250 or so you would spend on a printed copy. (?)
Makes no sense to me, I get the feeling there are few takers
