2wd Express/Savana lifts

Anyone on here with a lifted RWD 1500 Express/Savana? I am picking up a 2013 Express 1500 rwd this week and want to give it some more clearance.

Wondering what you used to lift the front end, thanks!

Has anyone used this leveling spacer from eBay?

I've used something similar from Weldtec. They are easy enough to put in, there are a few videos on how to do it.
