Was this bike ever sold in the US? (I didn't think so) If not, how did it get here?

never sold in north america,, it was imported. there are a few acually. and i know of at least one 660 tenere here, one of the new style ones. bold looks, i like them too.

There was a Tenere for sale on Craigslist in SF a few years ago. Nice looking bikes.

I've counted about 20 different AT's in the US, most of them are on ADVrider. A 94 just sold here in KY a few weeks ago.

There is a guy in FL that imports and sells them several times a year.

I did the next best thing and converted my Transalp into an Africa Twin....
